Booking your reservation online is easy. Just click the book online button and book your appointment at your convenience. In addition please feel free to call us at 720-646-5566 and we will get back to you as soon as possible to set up your next appointment or answer any questions you may have. Appointments tend to book up quickly so we suggest that you schedule these appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. However, don’t hesitate to call for last-minute appointments, as we will do our best to accommodate your needs and availability.

To maximize your total spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to check-in and fill out any necessary health intake forms. While we will do our best to accommodate all schedule changes, guests who arrive late may receive a shortened service or be asked to reschedule their appointment. Your appointment length will depend upon the time of arrival. Mana LomiLomi is a cell phone free zone.  Please keep yours on silent or vibrate. Please let us know if there are any special or medical needs or conditions we need to consider prior to your service.

All times listed for services reflect actual hands-on time. Please allow for an additional recovery time of 10-15 minutes to allow comfortable transitioning following a service.

To avoid a cancellation fee of the full service price, cancellations and changes to your reservation should be made at least 4 hours prior to your spa visit. Multiple services or packages require 24 hours notice.

Please feel free to arrive in whatever you feel most comfortable in. It is customary to disrobe entirely for massages, although this is completely up to your level of comfort. A discrete draping protocol is used throughout each treatment only exposing the appropriate area being treated. At Mana LomiLomi our goal is to deliver a high level of service and the results you’re seeking while communicating effectively with each of our guest. Your comfort is our ultimate goal.

To ensure you receive the utmost from your experience, we encourage you to communicate your preferences regarding room temperature, treatment pressure, and technique. At Mana LomiLomi it is all about you.

If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions, or any other health considerations that would affect your choice of services, please let us know at the time of booking your appointment to allow us to personalize your spa experience.

Gratuities for services rendered may be added at your discretion. 15 to 20% gratuity is customary for exceptional service.
